In the past, Joe, Vince & Marguerite have experienced working for a company or under a broker where 50% or more of the commissions that they generated went to the company/broker. In some cases, as much as 70% of the total commission went to the company. Even in cases where the transaction was self-generated, the same commission split applied.

There are several companies out there that claim to offer a 100% Commission structure, however, we all know that statement is not exactly true. These companies charge you what we consider to be very high monthly maintenance and transaction fees in addition to required processing charges. Most of these companies require that you use their "In House" processing or transaction management so they can make additional money off of you there as well. In some cases, they charge you a fee even if you process your own transaction. Also, there are several other ways in which these companies squeeze money out of your pocket for other miscellaneous services and fees.
